Matthew, Owner and President

Matt has 15 years of experience in painting, remodeling and home repair. He leads our whole team with a hands-on approach, spending time on each job personally, along with our talented crew. He has a passion for making clients' home dreams come true!  

In his spare time, he loves to work in his garden, play with his daughter, cuddle his pups, and cheer for the Bills! 

Megan, Owner and Vice President

Megan has 10+ years of low income and housing management experience, as well as experience in cleaning and maintenance. Her role with the business includes the back-end office duties and customer service.

In her spare time, she loves to garden, study foraging practices, cook and take care of her growing family. 

Kevin, Foreman and Skilled Tradesman

 Kevin brings over 18 years of experience in the industry, specializing in carpentry, tile and a variety of other skilled trades. His dedication to craftsmanship and attention to detail are reflected in every project he undertakes. Kevin always has a calm disposition and a solution for almost everything. It's really quite impressive! 

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys camping, fishing, and spending quality time with his wife and daughters. 

Dan, Skilled Laborer

Dan has been a dedicated member of our team for more than five years. He specializes in painting, drywall, and trim work, and brings comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of remodeling to each project. Dan’s strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and commitment to excellence make him a valued contributor to our success.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys hiking, camping, and reading. He is also an avid car and motorcycle enthusiast who appreciates performance, precision, and the thrill of the open road.

Jacob, Skilled Laborer

Jacob or "JJ" serves as our demolition expert, bringing precision, efficiency, and care to every project. While highly skilled across multiple areas of remodeling, he takes particular pride in transforming spaces—stripping them down to a clean slate and rebuilding them into something both beautiful and functional. 

Outside of work, Jacob is an avid car and truck enthusiast who enjoys racing, cheering on the Buffalo Bills, and spending time at classic drive-in movies.

Jacob K, Skilled Laborer

Jacob K, or "Knox"  is a versatile and dedicated member of our contracting team, bringing a wide range of hands-on skills and technical expertise to every project. With experience across multiple trades, he takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and creative solutions on-site. Known for his quiet and easygoing disposition, attention to detail, and strong work ethic, he’s always ready to take on new challenges and learn new techniques.

Outside of work, Knox fuels his passion for speed by exploring fast cars and performance driving — a hobby that reflects his love for precision, control, and continuous improvement.

Sasha, General Laborer

 Sasha is the newest addition to the MW Contracting Pros team. Transitioning from a successful career as a professional dancer to the contracting industry, Sasha brings enthusiasm, discipline, and a strong commitment to excellence. His drive, work ethic, and dedication to both his craft and his growing family have already made a strong impression. We look forward to supporting his continued growth and success with our team. 

The Cuteness Crew

Daisy is our interior decorator, specializing in spreading trash everywhere it should not be. George is our site supervisor, offering his expertise from the comfort of the couch. And Wreck-It-Ralph moonlights as a demolition expert with his Uncle Jacob when he's not busy working his primary job of being adorable.
